The Surf Club Martini
A twist on a classic Turf Club Cocktail, created in 1884. Was the first cocktail to mix Gin and Sweet Vermouth, then re-elaborated by Harry Jhonson in 1888 adding dry vermouth and maraschino. Today we wanted to pay homage to both.
Ingredienti e quantità:
45ml Gin,
30ml Blended Vermouth,
*15ml Cherry Sherry,
10ml Pickled Cordial.
Metodo Stir and strain
Glass: coppetta
*Cherry Sherry
A mix of 2 different sherry infused with maraschino cherry
*Pickled Cordial
The juice leftover from the pickled onion a mix of champagne vinegar, salt, sugar, gin, vermouth, spices and botanicals.

Guarnizione: cipolline sottaceto fatte in casa, olive di Castelvetrano, twist di limone
